Please note: You may find our assembly to be shorter than the assembly that you would be removing from your tank. However, do not be alarm because the longer assembly just requires retracting once it was installed in the tank. Our assemblies are made to offer the best fit to each and every application we listed. Some would require little retraction and some do not need to be retracting at all. As long as it reaches to the bottom of the tank not all the way, you will be fine.

fuel pump replacement

there were less expensive replacements but decided to use your replacement pump based on others review and didn't want to risk having a lower quality replacement pump. paid extra money for more piece of mind. Woks fine and sure a savings over the $500 polaris OEM fuel pump

Ranger 800 fuel pump

I did quite a bit of research to find a quality fuel pump that wouldn't break the bank.
I had replaced the pump several times with pumps I purchased from an online market store. While these pumps got my machine running again. It wasn't long before I was having problems again.
I decided to get a pump from the Fuel Pump Factory. Upon receiving the pump I inspected it thoroughly. I could see right away it was a heavy duty. All the connections were secured. The float and sending unit worked flawlessly, and all the pieces were there.
After cleaning the area of installation. I installed the pump and secured the connections.
While testing the installation I found the pump was working great. The gauges were working, and the engine was running better. The test ride was just as pleasant. Everything performed like it was new.
I have taken it out a few more times since installation and everything is working great.
Since I have only had the pump for a short while. I can not attest to the longevity , but overall I am pleased. I will say that you will notice the beefed up construction and the improved performance.
