Hard to reach

The site was user friendly, prices are fair and the part that we ordered arrived on time. When we went to install the part it was broke. I tried calling and emailing (with pictures) but never got a response. We needed this part asap (we paid for expedited shipping) and now we are in a holding pattern waiting for them to get back to us. Everything else had been great up until this point,

Delivery was to slow had no need for the product
Keep getting FedEx emails telling me that it was stuck in transit, then daily emails from FedEx that it was be delivered . Ran out of time waiting for it and additional charges for shipping ,not part of the original delivery cost.
