Good service but technical issues in my case

Quick delivery and simple ordering process. Easy to exchange emails with real people over there, they don't hide behind chat bots like many who sell online.

However the pump fitment for my application (fuel pump for motorcycle) was not right. I notified them, they don't know why it doesn't fit, and they offered me a return for refund, which is fair I guess.

Still I found it disappointing given that they advertise the pump as a replacement for my specific bike model. I had to go through all the pump replacement process only to find out that it wouldn't work. Now I have to uninstall again, ship back for refund (which will cost me transport fees almost as high as the pump itself), find a new pump and reinstall again.

Seems like a good company given the reviews, but they missed the target this time.

“Fuel pump works” but you gotta take parts off old one to make it not throw a code

Not OEM, had to swap fuel level sensor from old pump

As my title states, this fuel pump wasn’t an exact OEM replacement and I had to swap over the old fuel level sensor from my old fuel pump. It wasn’t a big deal and the new fuel pump works.
