Quite the racket

Installed my new pump for my cbr and the pump wouldn’t work directly out of the box. the pump itself doesn’t prime at all and it doesn’t run with the bike running the bike wouldn’t even run with the new pump. I ended up putting my old 25 year old pump back on the bike and it’ll at least run it’s just weak hence why I attempted to purchase a new one. I say it’s quite the racket because on your website it says if I attempted to install the pump at all, I cannot return it. However how am I supposed to verify the pump works or not without installing it…I will not ever be purchasing anything from this company ever again
