I received the pump but have not had a chance to install it. The box that the pump came in is very impressive. Everything inside is bubble wrapped and protected with air pillows. Even the box that was used for shipping was of high quality. Based on these two things alone, this looks like a company that really cares about their products and their customers. I'm expecting the pump to work perfectly.
