The low pressure diaphragm pump lasted less than 1 hr and had to get towed back to dock.. I haven’t reached out for a refund yet as I just found out today from mechanic..will update as to customer service experience … delivery was prompt tho

i am very happy with fuel pump factory, i bought a fuel pump for my 2005 f115 outboard and they help me to get the exact pump for my motor, i received it on time and then i went to install it and one side of the pump was cracked and i send an email explaining my issue and they send me a new pump the same day, i have to say i recommend this company to get the parts for your engine very good and on time service thank you
