I purchased 2 fuel pumps for my BX25D. These things have a very short life. I have had massive issues of these. I am tired of 90 day replace a pump game. This pump is noticeably heavier. Thought maybe this was a good sign. After 6 hours of use the pump stopped working. I was not a happy camper. I found that I was not receiving power from the accessory pin on ignition. So this is when I found the broken wire on the pump caused by the pins being over crimped. I contacted customer service and provided a picture of the broken wire. Withing 2 hours I was contacted with is it one or both pumps. I had not though to check the second pump. It was only one pump that had this problem. They sent a replaced the pump and I had it very quickly. I was very happy with how quickly and painless they warranted the pump. I expected no or little response... the quick response of customer service in solving my issue was a surprise and welcomed. I will be using them again on my other lift pump problem piece of equipment.
